Published on Cancer Discovery, Casilio-based imaging method “ecTag” tracks ecDNA in live cancer cells.

In a collaboration with Roel Verhaak laboratory, we applied Casilio’s imaging modules to label unique breakpoint sequence on ecDNAs, allowing their visualization over time and cell devision in live cancer cells, illuminating the mechanisms of ecDNA maintanance and uncovering the transcriptional hubs formed by ecDNA.
